Social, 6:30 PM, Program 7:00, Meeting 8 :00
St. John Lutheran Church, Marion
This presentation will focus on plants and habitats associated with the Eocene sand formations in Bexar, Wilson, Guadalupe, and Caldwell Counties. We’ll discuss how the geology and soils of this area create the conditions for plant specialization and we’ll meet many of the unique plants that are endemic to these deep, sandy soils.
