Mill Street Community Garden

Mill Street Community Garden (formerly known as Growing Future Gardens)

Mill Street Community Garden officially opened in May 2024 as a collaborative project supported by Seeds of Love Outreach, Connections Individual & Family Services, and the Guadalupe County Master Gardeners. Located at Connections foster care center, the garden benefits both local residents and the surrounding community by providing a welcoming space to enjoy vegetables, herbs, flowers, native plants and fruit trees. As a Certified Wildlife Habitat, the garden also supports local pollinators and wildlife. Community volunteer days are held on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from 9:00–11:00 a.m., and everyone is welcome to help grow something meaningful.
