Ever have a need to replicate a prior entry but you don’t want to type it all in again? No problem, just find the record you wish to duplicate by going to the “Your Information” Menu, then the “View Your Hours” selection (see picture below).
Find the record you wish to copy. Click on that records HID record number button, the record will open up.
Now that you have the chosen record open, click the “Copy” button at the top of the record. This is critical to do this step otherwise the result will be modifying the existing record. If you mess up and change something before clicking “Copy” no worry, just click on the <- Back Button that is to the right of the “Copy” button
Once you have clicked on the “Copy” button the record will be duplicated (but not yet saved) and the buttons at the top (New, Copy, Save, & Delete) will disappear and you only see an “Add” button now. Make the appropriate changes to the record: Date, VOL Hours, CE Hours, Miles, Pounds of Produce, Description, or add the contacts if applicable (expand the Population Served Twistie it’s below the description box) and when done click the Add button which will add and save the new record. If you make a mistake at this point and have not yet pressed the “Add” button, you can correct it still or worse case if you are not sure you can just click the <- Back button. This will take you back to your records view (step 2 above) and you can start over there.
