Memorial Tree Planting @ South Texas Pregnancy Care Center

Due to the cold and the good chance of rain this Saturday, February 22 the Memorial Tree planting service for Mark Mullen, Beth Zeis and Mary Bowe has been rescheduled until Saturday, March 1 at 1:30 pm.

We are going to plant trees in memory of deceased Guadalupe County Master Gardeners. This is something that has been under discussion by the Board for some time and we are now ready to proceed. Trees will be planted and plaques placed by them with information on the deceased. At this event we will be remembering and honoring three highly regarded past Master Gardeners: Mark Mullen, Mary Bowe and Beth Zeis.

You are all encouraged to attend this event. If you know of people who are no longer active Master Gardeners but who knew Mark, Mary or Beth, please invite them. As with all outside events, this is weather permitting. Should we be forced to cancel/reschedule an email will be sent to the membership.
