April Rippel, Advanced Master Gardener, Join us for an exciting journey into the world of canning, where you’ll learn the art and science of preserving fruits, vegetables, and more. Whether you’re a budding food preservationist or simply looking for a fun and educational activity, our Beginners Canning Class is the perfect place to start! This class is designed for those new to the world of canning and food preservation. You’ll learn the basics of water bath canning, ensuring you can safely preserve a variety of foods at home. Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to master the art of home canning. Spaces are limited, so be sure to register early! A small brown bag lunch (fruits, nuts, snack, and water) will be provided.  Free seminar and open to the public
