GCMG Board of Directors Meeting – Must RSVP in advance if wish to speak or attend

The Guadalupe County Master Gardeners 2024 Board of Directors meets on the second Thursday of each month except in October where it coincides with the Guadalupe County Fair of which it is usually then first Thursday of October.

If you would like to attend or you have something you would like to present or say, please RSVP in advance so that you can be put on the schedule. RSVP by sending an email to the following board members:       sparrowpuckett@gmail.com & bennahunter@gmail.com

The meeting is typically held upstairs in the Master Gardener Office of which there is limited seating, so advance notice gives the Board time to request a bigger meeting room if needed. On occasion the Board meeting is held online as a virtual meeting.  Be sure to RSVP so you know which it will be so you can attend.
