GCMG Board of Directors Meeting – All Members Encouraged to Attend

This month the Board of Directors meeting will start at 5:00 PM in the second floor kitchen classroom at the AgriLife office.  Please be on time.

Board members:  Please upload the written version of your position report to Google Drive no later than Sunday, Feb. 9 so that we can all review prior to meeting. Please review all reports prior to the meeting

In the interest of keeping the meeting to a reasonable length, please assume that everyone has read your report and limit your summary to about 5 minutes max.

The Guadalupe County Master Gardeners 2025 Board of Directors typically meets on the second Thursday of each month except in October where it coincides with the Guadalupe County Fair of which it is usually then first Thursday of October.

If you have something you would like to present or say to the board, please RSVP in advance so that you can be put on the schedule. RSVP by sending an email to Kay McElveen:     hkaymcelveen@gmail.com or 

All members are welcome and encouraged to attend these meetings. The meeting is typically held upstairs in the Master Gardener Office of which there is limited seating, so advance notice gives the Board time to request a bigger meeting room if needed. On occasion the Board meeting is held online as a virtual meeting.  Be sure to RSVP if you plan to speak or just attend for seating purposes, but also so you know which venue it will be so you can attend accordingly (in person or virtual).
