GCMG Board of Directors Meeting – All Members Invited to Attend

Due to weather concerns the meeting was rescheduled from Thursday 1/9/25 to Monday 1/13/25. The meeting will be at 5:00 p.m. in the upstairs kitchen at AgriLife.

The Guadalupe County Master Gardeners 2025 Board of Directors typically meets on the second Thursday of each month except in October where it coincides with the Guadalupe County Fair of which it is usually then first Thursday of October.

All members are welcome and invited to attend these meetings. The meeting is typically held upstairs in the Master Gardener Office of which there is limited seating, so advance notice gives the Board time to request a bigger meeting room if needed. On occasion the Board meeting is held online as a virtual meeting.  Be sure to RSVP if you plan to speak or just attend for seating purposes, but also so you know which venue it will be so you can attend accordingly (in person or virtual).
