GCMG Board of Directors Meeting – All Members Encouraged to Attend

This month the Board of Directors meeting will start at 4:00 PM at the Aumont Hotel in the Rose Room.  Please be on time.

Board members: please post your monthly update on google drive and let us know it’s there so that we can review prior to the meeting. Please review all reports prior to the meeting

In the interest of keeping the meeting to a reasonable length, please assume that everyone has read your report and limit your summary to about 5 minutes max.

The Guadalupe County Master Gardeners 2025 Board of Directors typically meets on the second Thursday of each month except in October where it coincides with the Guadalupe County Fair of which it is usually then first Thursday of October.

All members are welcome and encouraged to attend these meetings. The meeting is typically held upstairs in the Master Gardener Office of which there is limited seating, so advance notice gives the Board time to request a bigger meeting room if needed. On rare occasion the Board meeting may need to be held online as a virtual meeting. Be sure to RSVP if you plan to speak or just attend for seating purposes, but also so you know which venue it will be so you can attend accordingly (in person or virtual).
